- Members must be in class by the scheduled commencement time. Instructors have the right to refuse entry to the class if a member arrives late.
- All members must report to the Payment Line and complete the required attendance and payment process before commencement of training.
- Members may be refused admittance to class if their current membership cannot be verified.
- Enclosed, non-slip footwear is essential for safety reasons. Members wearing inappropriate footwear will not be permitted to participate in class.
- All dogs attending Club training or activities must meet the Club's current vaccination requirements.
- Current vaccination certificates must be produced and sighted by the Club upon joining and when renewing membership.
- Bitches in season are not permitted to attend Club training.
- All dogs must be kept on a leash unless otherwise directed by an instructor as part of a supervised Club activity.
- Handlers must immediately clean up after any dog in their care that fouls the grounds.
- Members using Club equipment are responsible for returning the equipment to the equipment room after use.
- Members must at all times behave courteously and appropriately towards other members, instructors, officials and visitors to the Club.
- Any dispute or incident arising during a Club activity must be referred to a Club Official at the time of the incident.
- Dogs must be treated humanely and with respect at all times. Physical abuse, excessive discipline or any other treatment that may compromise a dog's welfare will not be permitted during Club training or activities.

Our instructors and volunteers generously give their time and expertise to support the club, its members and their dogs. We ask all members to treat them with courtesy and respect at all times and to follow directions provided during training sessions and club activities.

12.4 (c) - Under no circumstances is a dog permitted to wear electric, spike, prong, and pinch or similar collars at any exhibition or at any other event conducted by an affiliate including training sessions.
