As you may already know, SSDTC have been working in the background to upgrade the clubs' membership Data Base.
New members will be able to complete their memberships online all prior to attending on Sunday morning, paying dues and fees plus obtaining their membership card.
The whole idea is to allow all members to access their own information, edit, correct or modify it all from a simple web-based interface. Existing members will be offered the opportunity to renew their membership on line and then on a Sunday, pay outstanding fees and receive their new membership card.
It will further provide the members the ability to designated areas of interest to them that SSDTC offer, plus the option into receive information about activities, events, ground closures, etc via email or SMS.
There will be a member’s area added to the web site that will provide detailed information about the club, events, decisions, changes, etc. directly to financial club members.
There are many more items that are in the pipeline, such as keeping track of members attendance, grading levels, club awards, just to name a few.
