Hi,
Firstly, many thanks to the members that followed our SMS message and the process to allow your details to be 'migrated' into the new systems. Secondly, a gentle reminder to follow the link sent to the email address you provided us to complete the entire 'activation'. The two (2) step process was put in place to protect you and your details and to ensure the information we have is correct and we are enable to better keep in contact with you, should the necessity arise.

Again in a bid to keep you all up to date, here's what has been happening..........

Several members have found that they had neglected to renew their membership for 2022-23. The process is now a simple one. You login to your membership and follow the prompts. You update your 'Waiver, Assumption of Risk and Agreement to Hold Harmless' acceptance ( just as you did on the paper form),  you then simply "request a renewal", come along on a Sunday, pay your dues and obtain you membership card.

To make you aware of how the entire renewal operates (and has done so for several years) here it is, in bullet form: -
Each financial year..

  • Our Financial year is from 1 July to 30 June the following year.
  • Renewals are due before the 30 June.
  • Renewals are accepted from the 1st April.
  • Late renewals (after 30th June) will incur a penalty.(Administration Fee)
  • For members that join us from 1st April to 30th June, their membership is valid through to the end of the next financial year.
