Just a few things about your membership, but firstly, it has come to our attention that several members neglected to followed our SMS message back in October 2022 or simply forgot to continue after they were sent their password. The message provided you a simple way to 'migrate' your details from the old system into the new, however the link was only active for a while.
You can check if you have ‘migrated’ at the members portal. You enter the email address you gave us earlier, and we'll check it for you. If you’re not in the system and you have joined in the past 15 years, please come up to the club house on Sunday morning and we'll gladly sort it all out for you!
The membership system is being expanded all the time. One item is to keep track of you and your dog’s progression through the club by recording your grading achievements. You can find this on your Membership Dashboard and then click your dog details. You'll see a symbol like this 
along side your dogs details,so you no longer need to remember you and your dog’s grading level, plus Instructors can check it at any time. If you haven't updated all your details or completed the migration, we can't check your grading, update your details or keep track of your progression for you. Plus you'll need to request a renewal if you wish to stay with us.
We'd suggest you check your login and details, at least before 1st April 2023, as that's the date we accept renewals for the 2023-24 financial year. You'll need access to your membership dashboard to enable you to renew your membership.
To remind you of how the entire renewal operates (and has done so for several years) here it is, in point form: -
Each financial year: -
- Financial year is from 1 July to 30 June the following year
- Renewals are due before the 30 June.
- Renewals are accepted from the 1st April.
- Late renewals (after 30th June) will incur a penalty. (Administration Fee)
- For members that join us from 1st April to 30th June, their membership is valid through to the end of the next financial year.
- All membership cost and the like are now displayed on the membership page on your web site.
