🚨1080 BAITING🚨

The NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service alongside the NSW Government will be conducting an aerial baiting program in the Royal National Park from the 29th April to the 3rd of May 2025 for the control of foxes.

The baits used will contain 1080 poison (sodium fluoroacetate) which is highly toxic to dogs and cats should they come into contact with or ingest  it.

All baiting locations will be sign posted but to ensure the safety of your pets, the best course of action is to avoid taking your pets into the Royal National Park during the baiting period and shortly thereafter.

If you suspect your pet may have ingested some of the 1080 poison, seek veterinary attention immediately.
